The GSW wood float is a masonry hand tool used alongside other tools when finishing wet masonry and gunite surfaces. Although small, it is mighty useful and allows the gunite contractor or masonry contractor to achieve several desired outcomes, such as correcting and smoothing wet concrete gunite surfaces, removing small ridges of aggregates that may have gathered in a small section of the design, opening up the surface in preparation for other coatings, leveling wet concrete mortar and helping to bring moisture back to the we gunite surface as needed.
